The first class for 2025 will be Wednesday, January 8. We will be running free introductory classes on that day starting at 7 pm and also on Sunday, January 12 starting at 3 pm. The introductory class lasts about an hour. Wear something you can move in, we will provide the rest. If you decide to stay, you will need to join the YMCA and purchase a shinai (bamboo sword).
